Christopher Young, Senior Director, Capital Markets, Asia Pacific, JLL<\/p><\/div>\n

Christopher is a Senior Director in JLL\u2019s Asia Capital Markets team\u00a0in Hong Kong, where he plays a key role in the coverage of\u00a0investors in Greater China and across the region. He is focused on the origination and execution of large\u00a0En-bloc or portfolio\u00a0transactions for global and regional clients across the capital\u00a0stack. He has over 14 years of professional experience in real estate, finance, funds management, and professional accounting.<\/p>\n

In recent years, Christopher has originated and completed\u00a0multiple transactions in industrial and logistics sector in Greater\u00a0China on behalf of sellers ranging from institutional investors, large corporates, and HNWIs. He has also advised clients in capital\u00a0raising exercises, Opco\/Propco transactions, and JV formations.<\/p>\n

Chris joins JLL from Young Capital Advisory, a boutique real estate advisory firm he set up in Hong Kong in 2017 with experience in financial advisory and underwriting, capital raising, deal origination and execution. Prior to establishing Young Capital Advisory, Chris held positions in the Funds Management team in LOGOS Property Group in Shanghai, China; and has worked in the Audit department in Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Hong Kong for over 6 years.<\/p>\n
