David Green-Morgan, Global Head of Real Assets Research, MSCI<\/p><\/div>\n

David Green-Morgan heads real assets research for MSCI globally. Previously, he led Asia-Pacific research and operations for Real Capital Analytics, which MSCI acquired in 2021. His career has taken him from London to San Francisco, Sydney and Singapore. Prior to joining Real Capital Analytics, he worked for Cushman & Wakefield in Australia and covered research on global capital markets for JLL.<\/p>\n

David holds a degree in economics from London University and a master\u2019s in environmental economics from the University of Wales Aberystwyth.<\/p>\n
