Sanghwoi Bae, CEO, ESR Kendall Square REIT<\/p><\/div>\n

Mr. Sanghwoi Bae joined ESR Kendall Square in 2019 as the head of Income JV investment. He then joined Kendall Square REIT Management to spearhead ESR Kendall Square REIT\u2019s (KOSPI 365550, the \u201cREIT\u201d) IPO and investment. After completing the REIT IPO at the end of 2020, he became the CEO of the REIT Management.<\/p>\n

Mr. Bae has 15 years of Korean real estate investment experience. He held roles across the investment banking and private equity in real estate spectrum in various financial institutions, including LaSalle Investment Management and Hana Financial Group. Mr. Bae received his Bachelor of Art degree in International Relations from Boston University.<\/p>\n
